Yes, but don't mess around. Get a good attorney to represent your rights with him. In this situation a good attorney is worth it. They will get you more than they cost you. They know the law, your rights and how this whole scenario should be approached.

well i think so I don't remember there being any problems like that I got child support before we even filed for a divorce

Yes you can ask for it after divorce is final, you can also get it before your divorce is final!

yes call child support enforcement its a part of social services. the kids are his hes required
