I'm kind of confused. Did you mean spinach and mustard greens. As long as you grew them youself and know that no one put human waste in your garden you should be ok. Make sure you wash them good, no matter what.

Unless you've taken a dump in the garden, it should not have e. coli. Eat up.

it should be ok...as i only eat what i grown(chilli,garlic,brocolli,spinach..etc)
