Italian fashion brands such as Missoni and Versace are leading the way with great collections. Their 2007 collections feature big sunglasses as their key models.

After seasons of lens dominated designs, sunglass styles have made an about face with large plastic frames coming to the forefront this summer.

Designs from leading fashion brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, D&G, Chloe and Arnette Optics redefine the classic Jackie O style of sunglasses with a focus on the big and beautiful. Large round and square shapes will dominate this summer with black being the color of choice in a new wave of plastic fantastic.

Bigger is Better!

Mark Collman, Visique's fashion brands supplier and buyer for New Zealand's largest eyewear importer, says while metal frames and aviator style lenses will remain popular in men's frames, women will definitely move towards the opulent looks of larger designs. "While some metal frames and lens heavy designs will continue to be popular those who like to stay ahead of fashion will be seen in large plastics."

This year's fashion is all about the 80s. The big sunglasses and the leggings with the skirts came back from the 80s and are currently in style. Just goes to show you-everything comes back!!

topshop have lots. alot of the kinds are about £12 yet i imagine the truly more advantageous body ones are round £15 they are solid high quality and lots to chosen from... Umm i imagine i said some in Peacocks the different day aswell.. idk primark might want to promote them.. yet idk coz i havent been there in aaaaaaages x
