There's a white squiggley line going through a bunch of people's avatars. Do you see it, too?

Is it just my computer? What is that white squiggly thing going through a bunch of people's yahoo picture things?

when creating an avatar, one of the backgrounds you can choose (from the halloween/holiday section) is lightning. this is a moving graphic, but since that is not available on answers, all you see is a snapshot of the lightning going off over the avatar. the lightning is what gives the "torn picture" look to those avatars.

its part of accessories or backgrounds that you can have on the avatars page to add to your avatar. its not your pc playing tricks on you.
