♥Exercises, exercises, and exercises?

I need help with exercising. Each day i come home from school...all I want to do is check my emails, watch a little bit of t.v., and eat a small snack and dinner. I think I am really lazy and I'm not fat.....just average and a little pudgy around the edges. Like the stomach, legs, and arms.

I try exercising, but everytime i try...I'm not in the mood and I get tired so easily. First of all.....I need to sweat a little bit in order to REALLY exerise. How? What are some good exercises to help me flatten my legs, arms, and stomach in a quick way?

Only....regualr exercises...not anythign on t.v. or buy anything. My goal is to lose 7 pounds before Christmas...not so bad. But stiill...HELP!

    I can only advise you on what worked for me. I realized that unless i enjoyed it I was not going to stick with it. You could even make something fun, such as walking; have a walking buddy, this helped me. Walking can also be as strenuous as you want it to be, such as fast pace, up hills,etc., that's why its great for beginners. Also doing more activities like sports you like; everyone loves to dance. If it possible take a class, its so much fun and you are so distracted by the choreography you don't even realize how tired you are. Oh and when those endorphins kick in!!! what a great feeling, so many benefits to exercising, far more that just aesthetics. Get into the habit while your young.

    If you'd like to lose weight the bad news is its extremely hard to target a specific area as fat stores are used up from all over the body and not just one place. If it's hard to get the motivation my suggestion is don't do it too much or too long. Start simple. Ultimate fat loss comes when you are performing at 60 to 70 % of your performance. Start off by drinking 2 glasses of water before every meal (what you eat plays a major role). SO...when you get home 2 glasses of water then straight into comfy clothes and out for a 45 min - 1 hr walk. Not sprinting but not being lazy. if you can find an area close to home that is a little up and down. Also mix up where u go. Do that 3-4 times a week and your on your way. As u get fitter make it more challenging. You'll find on the days u don't walk u wont feel as good.

    Exercise: Jogging is the best exercise to start with. You need to jog for at least 20 minutes before you start doing the tummy exercises. Tummy crunch or sit ups is the best exercise for your stomach. Do the tummy crunch in different variations. The more the repetitions, the more strength for your tummy muscles. Swimming is also a good exercise for the whole body. Some yoga poses also help in strengthening the upper and lower part of the tummy and also increase the flexibility of the stomach muscles. Sleep: Sleep is a necessity for rest, relaxation and recuperation. You need to get a good sleep, to recharge your muscles after a workout. On an average an adult needs around 8 hours of sleep. If you rest for fewer hours, the risk of becoming overweight increases.

    Take your fav tight fiting jeans or buy a pair (or dress) you want to wear for Christmas.... Hang it up and look at it every day and let that be your motivation. You want to wear them and look good in them, right? AND you don't want to waste you money. I'm in the same situation... My boyfriend and I are finally getting out and going to the gym together twice a week and when I do, I tend to want to eat less and be more active. Try that with a friend. Good Luck :)

    Also... Do some walking ... thats what I do at the gym and I love it. Thats the most natural and cheapest form of exercising :)

    Maybe a good diet is for you. For your stomach i would do some sit ups.FOr your legs go for a walk everyday right hafter school hey i work and I still get all my exercising done before 3 o'clock i think you can do it if you put your mind to it for your arms i am not to sure but good luch

    JOIN A SPORT. It is so important to do something that you really enjoy. I used to have the worst stamina until I started playing tennis. And tennis is something I really enjoy, and a good match is something I would definitely prefer over TV.

    Walking at a fast pace for an hour will trim you down a bit.

    Drink hot water after every meal and go for long brisk walk for an hour.watch your weight disappear

    any exercises can do. ITS YOUR OWN SELF DETERMINATION that will work and loose weight
