The question is not related to Geography ... what do you think dark clouds overshadowing emotion like a foreboding of something dark about to happen -mean?

Dark clouds meaning - anger as well as a storm on the way(explosion of angry emotions).
Overshadowing emotion meaning - You aren't thinking clearly about something.
Something dark meaning - Something bad is going to happen!
In the end it all means - that you are going to be very angry about something, and that this anger will prevent you from thinking soberly/ clearly, and this is all a prediction of bad news (something bad that is going to happen)
Well that is what I think!!!
