My Windows XP TRASH-Recycle Bin Icon - POOF!?
I dont know how long the Recycle Bin icon has been missing (i rarely use it) but suddenly I need it now and its gone!!!! How do I get it back? My restore has been dissabled as Microsoft suggested some time ago as a quick fix to prevent certain Virus infection.

Click Start then Run. Type C:\Windows\explorer.scf. On the left is a list of what you have on your hard drive. The last one should be "Recycle Bin". Click it once then press the Ctrl key and hold it and press c. Go to your dest top and right click and click paste shortcut. This should put a copy of your Recycle Bin on your desk top. Place it where you want it.
