Who does the voices for the crash test dummies?

You know those commercials that encourage seatbelt use. They haven't run in quite a while but I am curious as to who does the voices. one of them sounds like John Ratzenberger, the actor who played Cliff on Cheers. The other voice sounds familiar as well, but I can't place it. does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Update:

The names of the dummies were Vince and Larry.

one was done by Lorenzo Music, he also did the voice for Garfield, and the voice of Peter Venkman on the Real Ghostbusters.

One of them was a long-time character actor that used to ask questions and go "Huh...Huh....Huh..." while waiting for the answer. He was also the replacement Deputy on Andy Griffith after Don Knotts left the show to do movies. I cannot remember his name, but both Lorenzo Music and he have died in the past few years.

No, I think it's the same guy who does Garfield, and Carlton the Doorman on Rhoda. I can't remember his name though.
