  • Does the North American satellite radio work in Europe?

May be moving there and shipping a car. It has XM Radio, and wondering if the radio would work there, or at least a similar company.

  • Schools for auto body repair?

I am trying to find a good school for auto body repair that will get me the most for the money. There are some well known schools that are for-profit and really charge more than community colleges. Can anyone tell me about a good school that is in the eastern half of the United States or Canada?

  • XM Radio Cuts Out While Driving?

I am new to the satellite radio in cars with a trial period of XM radio. On my way to work I pass under several bridges on an expressway. After driving through the overpasses my XM radio cuts out like it loses connectivity to the satellite. This does not happen at all bridges/overpasses, just a few. Does this happen regularly to XM radios or do I have a defective antenna?

  • My Internet Explorer pages come up very small when I open a new page. How can I make them come in full size?

My Internet Explorer pages used to come in full-screen-size when I opened them up. Now they come up in a two inch by two inch sized cube and have to be expanded each time. It is not an end of the world problem, but it is an annoyance. How can I make them come in full size again?

  • While adding purchased TV shows to IPOD Classic they automatically go to the Music section instead of TV.?

I have an IPOD Classic. I have purchased TV shows and movies from the ITunes store. Using a SharePod application I was able to sync/add the movies fine. But the TV shows go straight to the Music section. They are audible, they sound fine. But the video does not show up. Any ideas on how to make sure the TV shows get to the correct file so I can watch?

  • How do you manually add songs & videos to a 160GB I-Pod Classic?

I have over 2500 songs & videos on my I-Pod. Until recently I did the automatic synch between my laptop and the I-Pod. I had to delete hundreds of files from the laptop because they were slowing performance.

I know I can add songs manually with a share-pod application. But I am having no luck adding videos (TV shows) that way.

How do I add videos without doing an automatic synch and replacing all previous files?

  • What is the most consecutive years a specific position has had a different player start on Opening Day in MLB?

After Detroit Tiger Hall of Famer Al Kaline started his last Opening Day in Right Field in 1973, there were 10 consecutive seasons that different players were in Right Field on Opening Day. Are there longer strings than that of position instability?

  • Stable Roster?

Normally I would think that a team starting a string of three consecutive World Series Championships would have a pretty stable roster. But the 1972 Oakland A's used 32 position players and 15 pitchers. Of these players, 13 never played in the major leagues again.

Is there a World Series Champion that had more than 13 players on the roster that did not play again in the major leagues?

  • Have you ever lived "on the economy" in South Korea while working for the Department of Defense?

I am interested in working for the Army in South Korea (either Yongsan or Daegu) as a civilian. I was in Korea as a member of the Air Force a decade ago, but I did not live off-base.

If you did live off-base, what were the biggest surprises (good or bad) that you experienced? Was it very expensive for you? Were you generally accepted by the Korean community? Thanks for your input.

  • I gave a thoughtful answer to the question below and was told it was "offensive/objectionable"?

Question: What is the best snl commercial parody ever?

Question Details: There were two that stand out for me. When the Infomercials first started back in the 1970's, Dan Ackroyd did the "Bass-o-matic" commercial. It was a fancy blender that turned a bass (fish) into a drinkable liquid. Very funny and memorable and very gross. The other was done by John Belushi, training for the Olympic Decathlon. He was plugging a breakfast food that prepared him for competition. It was a parody of the Wheaties commercials for "Little Chocolate Doughnuts".

I am getting frustrated with the Yahoo! Answers-UK as I have no idea why it was deleted. Can anyone tell me why this is objectionable? Can anyone tell me why I should continue answering questions if my time is going to be wasted. This is important to me. To illustrate that is is important to me, I am at Level 5 and this is the first question I have asked.
