Can you stop a crack in a car window from getting larger?
I have a crack on my passenger side window about an inch long. I can feel it on the inside but not on the outside. I am hoping there is some kind of glue or something I can stop it from craking futher.

Yes you can stop the crack from getting longer. Use a pointed silica carbide stone in a drill, at each end of the crack drill a small hole through the first layer of glass, windshields are two plates of glass put together with a sheet of plastic between them. After drilling the holes, fill with windshield repair filler you get from auto parts store.

put clear finger nail polish at the start and end of the crack or you can buy some stuff at the store that is made for stopping the crack

At this point, the only way to fix the problem is to replace the windshield. Check around auto glass shops and get quotes.

You might try a windshield repair kit from your local auto parts chain store. It may work, it may not work.

i believe you can put tape on it to stop it from spreading. use clear packing or shipping tape that is weatherproof. ask an auto part store if they have anything else.
