Sony Vaio Problem...?
I have a Sony Vaio Desktop P4 3.2Ghz HT 2GB and has been running fine for over 2 yrs and now booting up and getting error message "Abnormal Fan" and then the system shut down. Do you think its either the CPU fan going out or the PSU...any suggestions..Thnks

never opened one up, but probably your fan.
possible easy fix is to get a can of air and blow out the vents..
if you're lucky, you'll clear up whatever's keeping the fan from spinning up.
beyond that, get someone qualified to fix it. you probably need a cpu fan.
