Public school is free from grade 1 to 12 ( up to 21 years old )

Coummunity college is not expensive ( about $4,000 to $ 6,000 for tuition), but private universities is usually expensive - a lot of schools require about $30, 000 for tuition.

However, in U.S we have many scholarships provided to whom are qualified. And we also have financial aid based on need which is free of charge for U.S citizen and president (using green card) only. In addition, we have loan and many companies intend to pay off for us if we're good student [high G.P.A] and we accept to work for them after graduating (like Nasa, Boeing...)

No. Only public education is free through high school. Everyone has to pay to attend college/university. It would be ridiculous for institutions to charge Americans and just let the rest of the world's students attend for free.

No public education upto 18 is free in schools but university level education even in public universities is expensive - its cheaper for international students to study in the EU than it is for them to study in the USA. However many universities in the USA have scholarship packages for academically or sporting talented kids.

If you are just going to public elementary or high school it's free to everyone. If you want to go to a private school or get a college degree then it will cost you. How much it will cost you will depend on the school you want to go to.
