What is the richest (financially) County in the United States per capita? Does this answer shock you?

    I saw this answer not long ago on AOL members home page. It is now Loudon County Virginia. This isn't that shocking if you consider how many celebrities, doctors, attornies, gov't elected officals, technology nerds, and just plain"old money" people reside there. Stats: Population: 263,036 (2006 estimate)
