Most universities has a department or a person who can help. She needs to contact the college she's interested in and be honest with them. They should be able to help her

Most colleges do offer assistance for students with learning disabilities. Your friend can check with their advisor to see what kind of specific help the university offers. Also, there should be a counseling and testing center at the university. If your friend is comfortable enough, they can also share this information with their professors. This helps the professor understand your friends background and concerns for academic achievemnet.

I think colleges are required by law to help people with documented disabilities. Even if they aren't, most do anyhow.
