Tools>>Internet Options>>Clear History

Tools>>Internet Options>>Content tab>>click AutoComplete>>take the tick away from Web Addresses>>click OK.

in your hit the tab tools,options on the first window hit delete cookies delete files clear history and your done or go here and down load cleanup http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/ this will clean alot more and free up disc space but leave it on standard setting first do it in test mode it will tell you how much space its cleand then do it for real and restart good luck
