Easter eggs are hidden features in a dvd. Sometimes it can be extra bonus features or footage from the film. They are all over dvds and usually the most fun way is to search through menus/features to find them. But if your like me and just want to get to the bonus features without too much of a search I suggest you search the web. A lot of places list the easter eggs and how to find them. A good one is:
Have fun easter eggs are a great way to enjoy to further enjoy all your dvds!

Easter egg is a extra bit of extras, as they are hidden you have to hunt for them (hence some DVD geek called them Easter eggs)
They can mainly be found on the menus, scroll through the menu options with the remote. They can be icons, pictures or anything.
Lost has some great ones!

An Easter Egg is a hidden extra, this is usually bonus features on DVD's. Usually you need to "unlock" these features by a sequence of actions.
Check the source for info, and to check any DVD's you have, to see if they show you how to access the Eggs.
Enjoy.

An Easter Egg is a hidden feature found on a DVD. You'll often have to do something specific to find the egg. There are several places on the web that list out eggs by movie. I'd recommend you checking them out.
Hope this helps!

How can you get an Easter Egg from a DVD? That's just stupid. Is it filled with candy? Must be a small one to fit in the DVDpackage.

Each DVD is set up differently different, so there is no one way to find easter eggs...websites like the one below are useful.

on pirates of the caribbean there are some on the menu screens, you have top move the cursor around to highlight things like monkeys teeth, then when you press play, you see extra features. If you google dvd easter eggs, you should find some sights that list them for different films.

It depends on the DVD. They call it an Easter Egg b/c you have to hunt for it and it is usually pretty cool when you find it.
