What if you could??

Rule the world. What would be the one (1) rule you would make to take precedent over all other rules?

Update:

White Knight: you already have my vote. That is my answer too but mine would have conditions. That no matter what, love would take precedence after the no rule clause. Don't ever forget it..........

By the way, all satin collars would be spun in silver and gold, with tiny diamonds encrusted around the scalloped edge.His face would be framed in the reflection of the brillance surrounding him.     The guy that said "drugs would be legal," I'd have him shot. That's what I'd do. Actually, that's sinking to his level by fulfilling my own narcissistic, self-indulgent desires. True, I would like people like him put to death, but nevertheless, I guess my #1 rule would be to have no killing. There's too much violence in the world.
