Try to be constant, dont flirt! Just be friendly if hes flirting, and be friendly when he is being cool towards you, so he will know you are NICE all the time and he will also know playing games doesnt work on you

Men have no business with women whom they're not going to get serious with. But let's face it: Some immature men will do especially if they think they can get away with it.

Therefore, the best decision for me to make is simply move on and forget about him. Why punish yourself by agonizing over someone whom you don't even know that well?

Scenario A)

The first time, there was nothing interesting happening.

The second time, his mind was on something important or interesting, and he didn't notice you.

Scenario b)

There was no positive reaction the first time, so he assumed you were not interested.

Ignore him, see what happens from there. I certainly wouldn't get mad at him.

Don't show any interest at all, and don't play his games. He is being a child if he's trying to get anywhere with you.

I don't know how old you are but I'd say, give him his own medicane. I think it is childish though. If he really likes you, he won't ignore you at all. He would go out of his way, trying to get your attention.
