    Dr. Strangelove and a bunch of movies before he did any of the Pink Panther movies. You would be able to find out what they are through imdb.com.

    The best is Kubrick's "Dr. Strangelove," and he was nominated for an Oscar for "Being There," adapted from the novel by Jerzy Kozinski. Another good one is "The Prisoner of Zenda."
