Is there anywhere I can find crew listings for First World War British Ships?

The ship I want crew lists for is the HMS Castor, a Cambrian Class Light Cruiser, Part of the Grand Fleet; Built in 1914 - scrapped in 1935.

HMS Castor, NOT 'the' HMS Castor. Like Mr John Smith, not the Mr John Smith. Unless it were to be a very special Mr John Smith.
