my printer had fell and hit the floor ink was everywhere i cleaned it up refilled the cartridge 2 times still?
won't work prints really light can't read it how do i fix it if possilble

You probably knocked the printer carriage outta whack! Buy a new printer unless you want to pay someone twice what the printers worth to fix it!

Since the printer can still print, then your printer is Ok. You may service it. I strongly advice you change your catridge, it's faulty.
