That sounds like a short in your dash, or more likely a broken ground wire. Best bet is take it to a dealer. They are best equiped for repairing wire harnesses.

Check for burnt fuses.Then if not.Sound like you need to check the back of your fuse panel for corrosion.

it sounds like you got a short somewhere,like your battery or the starter is shorted.a charging system has to make a complete circuit.

the only thing i can say is buy another car because it sounds like your buick is pretty bad! but make sure that those things are working on your next car you purchace! lol

Check your fuses.That would be for the gauges.Are you could have a bad switch.
