what should i do i m getting the following error??

when i install nortan antivirus2005,i m getting the following the following error

YOU HAV AN ANOTHER VERSION OF NA2005 INSTALLED ASK NETWORK ADMIN IF YOU ARE NOT SURE TO DELTE IT,

i just do not understand who is this net. admin and i hav not installed nav2005 previously

what should i do ??

    First, make sure you are logged in as an administrator on that machine. Next, go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and find the Norton product and remove it.

    If it does not show up there, google a program called NONAV. It removes any old instances of Norton. Once you do that, reboot and then try the install again.

    Use the search command and search for "NA2005", if you have it in your computer, then it will find the files.
