It has evolved into a totalitarian dictatorship, It is in no way Communist, same as the USSR wasn't. It condones and practices many human rights violations.

No. All the governments of the world are practically identical from what I can see. What they say and what they do are diametrically opposed things. Glad they're all on their way out.
