    What Is Clenbuterol You May Ask?

    Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist and is used in many countries as a broncodilator for the treatment of asthma. Because of it's long half life, clenbuterol is not FDA approved for medical use. Contrary to popular belief, Clenbuterol has a half life of 35 hours and not 48 hours. Taking the long half life into consideration, the most effective way of cycling clenbuterol is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off for no more than 12 weeks. Ephedrine or Yohimbine can be used in the off weeks.

    Clenbuterol has two secondary effects that are beneficial to athletes and bodybuilders. The first is a strong anti-catabolic effect, which means it decreases the rate at which protein is used up in the muscle cells, consequently causing hypertrophy of muscle cells (with proper training, of course).

    Clen accomplishes this by the stimulation of both type 2 and 3 beta-receptors. 3-beta receptors are more abundant in livestock than in humans. This explains the pronounced anabolic effects on livestock as opposed to humans.

    Secondly, Clen has a wonderful thermogenic effect. This is the main reason that is included in nearly every cutting cycle in some form or fashion. This means that it slightly raises the body temperature of the person taking it. When the body's temperature rises it burns fat more productively. When stacked with an LT-3 hormone such as Cytomel, the body turns into the fiery pits of hell and burns fat like a stripper scoops up 5 dollar bills on a Friday night.

    Is available in 10 - 20 mcg tablets or in the .016 mg/gram Ventipulmin Veterinarian brand, specifically made for horses. Clenbuterol is Legal to possess (in Canada).

    Common Uses

    Post Cycle Therapy:

    Clenbuterol is used post cycle to aid in recovery. It allows people to keep eating large amounts of foot without adding excess adipose tissue (fat).

    Alternative To Steroids:

    Clenbuterol has a mild steroid like affect and can be used by athletes that do not use anabolic steroids, to increase lean body mass. A diet high in protein high in carbs and low in fat may work well for the average athlete.

    Fat Loss:

    Cycling Clenbuterol

Taurine at 3-5grams is a necessity in minimizing cramps. Do not take Clenbuterol Past 4pm and drink plenty of water!

    You can just diet alone, but it won't all stay off, I know from experience...and I've read a lot of testimonials from people who said the same thing. Same thing with diet pills, the weight comes back, plus they can f**k you up and leave you worse off than before, I know that from experience, too. To lose weight permanently, though not superfast, is to diet moderately (around 1300-1500 cal a day, working down to this calorie range slowly by eating 100 cal less than you usually do for 2-3 days, then going down another 100 every 2-3 days until you're in this range, if you decrease your calories too fast you'll feel hungry). Don't go lower and crashdiet on 1200 or less, VERY bad for your body!! You can still have fattening foods if you crave them, but just have a little and throw the rest away. A little waste now saves a lot of waist later! And, sorry to tell you this, but you have to exercise, too. The lean muscle you will build is what keeps the weight off. I wasn't too excited about starting to excercise, either, but once I started to feel strength in my body, it was so incredible!! Now I exercise regularly and I feel strong and healthy which is amazing because I used to be an anorexic weakling. I really hope this helps, don't make the same mistakes I did. Good Luck!!!
