when someone passses his tongue over his lips... I dunno if it's the way of saying it.

If someone wips his lips with his tongue, looking at a woman, or after making visual contact, It's that a gesture that express sexual interest?

I guess it depends of the situation.
My first answer would be yes, of course it is, but maybe he looked at the woman with no particular reason and the gesture just gave out the wrong impression.
I think I would have to see it to give the right answer to you.
