    My special "Sleepy-Time" herbal tea.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Spearmint, Lemon Grass, Tilia Flowers, Blackberry Leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn berries, and rosebuds.

It knocks me out quick, and I sleep like a baby!

right before i go to bed, i excercise for 30 minutes, usually this tires me out and it helps me to sleep. if im in bed and still can't sleep i completely clear my mind of everything and tell myself that i will think about it in the morning and i will take care of it. this always works.
