Has anyone ever used the B-12 patch?....?

does it work? what was the effect on the skin under the patch? how expensive is it? I have a B-12 deficiency. Supplements don't work because I am missing the intrinsic factor in my stomach. Shots are painful, expensive and I have to go to the doctors' office every time. I now use the nasal spray... but would like to try something else.

    I have the same B-12 deficiency, and go to the doctor's office for monthly injections. They offered to teach me how to give myself the injections, but I cannot bring myself to even consider doing that!

    I had no idea there are patches for that. You asked a good question! I am going to phone my doctor's office tomorrow and ask about it. I do hope you get a lot of replies to your question.

    I have heard of it but never tried it. I have a friend who was doing the shots but has stopped because of the expense and because I had introduced her to a natural and healthy way which I was also recently introduced to. It is a natural and healthy energy drink that is even diabetic safe with only 22 calories and 4 grams of sugar. It only cost $1.oo per serving. I drink 2 per day. One at 8:30am and one right after lunch. I have more energy than I have had in years and I am 45. I feel a whole lot better and I even lost some weight because of the increased metabolism.
