Those first two answers are dumb. Your system is trying to load part of a program that is no longer there. Go to Start, Run, and type in msconfig and click on the Startup tab. Find that file and uncheck the box. Then just Okay your way out. It will no longer try to load when Windows starts up.

[Edit] Those first THREE answers are dumb.
