I have had many surguries and lots of scars. The best thing I find is natural vitamin E cream. It is a little bit expensive but well worth it. Also for small cuts, Polysporin has a new creme out that reduces scars.

You're definately not the only one. I had bad acne and now I am left with tons of scars and still have random break outs every now and then. I'm using a combination of Differin and Duac for my skin and it looks significantly better. Of course you can only get these products by prescription only so you'll need to see a dermatologist if you haven't already. As for the amount of time needed for the products to work, it's going to take alot longer than 2 months. As they always say, time heals everything.

There is a product available over the counter called Mederma, that clears up scars, it's available at Wal*Mart in the pharmacy section where band-aids are. It works really well, I used to recommend it all the time to people when they came to my pharmacy asking for scar removal products. Good Question and best of luck to you and yours. - James
