Any ideas what's wrong? Tired, but can't sleep...headaches...moody....stiff neck...?
The last few weeks I have been very tired but I can never get to sleep (once I do though I tend to sleep very late in the morning). I have headaches almost every day with the occasional dizzy spell. I get moody and irritable. My neck is sometimes stiff.
I am in college and I can barely concentrate on my work, or I just don't have the motivation to do it. Usually, I am very conscious of what I have to do and do my assignments way before they are due, lately I just don't seem to care.
Any ideas? I was thinking I am over-stressed trying to do everything, but that doesn't seem to make sense if now I don't want to do anything........

I have trouble sleeping, trouble waking up, get moody and irratable and have dizzy spells when I take in more than a VERY small amount of caffine. I was miserable for years before I finally figured it out. The caffine kept me up all night and I felt misrerable during the day because I didn't sleep well when I finally did get to sleep. I couldn't concentrate or even stay awake in class. I kept thinking that I must be depressed even though I didn't have anything to be unhappy about because I just felt so "blah" all the time. I even had bloodwork panels run several times because I just knew something was wrong wth me. (nothing ever turned up)
When I avoid caffine, my whole world's different. This may not be your problem, but it's something to think about or try if nothing else is working.

The answer may be quite simple but I don't know you personally.
I never believed diet and exercise were that important until I tried it. You could be eating something such as foods with MSG, caffeine, chocolate or sugar. Or you could just have too much going on and need take some things off your schedule.
Try just simply changing your diet for a couple weeks and see if it makes a difference.
Good Luck!

you should probably go straight to the doctor just to get a check up, mainly to rule out mono and any other illnesses that would make you feel like this. it may really be what you say trying to do so much at once. try making yourself a schedule for the things you have to do and the rest of the time try to eat well and keep consistant sleeping bedtime and rise time. that being said it may be hard to do when your in college, especially if you live in a dorm. good luck!

My idea? Please see a doctor...either way something is really wrong and you need guidance from the proper authority.
