my 'folder options' folder is missing in my control panel......please help...what do i do?

Update:

the folder is missing whether i use the category view or the classic view it is still missing. If i check under the tools menu the folder is also not there......please help

    Open any folder in my computer and go to tools->folder options

    My documents would work too

    That's probably because it isn't in the Control Panel, in the first place.

    Look in the other places the ladies advised you to.

    make sure you select classic view on the left hand side.

    it's under the 'tools' menu
