Microsoft Outlook stores your data in a Personal Folders (*.pst) file in your WIndows profile. It is generally located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\ and it is usually named Outlook.pst.
COpy this file to the same location on the new computer, or use Outlook's import feature.

Assuming which you're employing Outlook on the two your workplace and domicile, you could pass your emails to a .pst documents. out of your place Outlook; on the Menu, bypass to report. click Import/Export Wizard. click Export to a report, click next. on the Export to report window, click very own Folder report (.pst) then next. on the Export very own Folders window, click the Inbox folder and verify incorporate subfolders in case you prefer those transfered. click next. on the Export very own folder (keep As) window, Browse and drop the recent report (named domicile.pst) on the laptop (or everywhere which you will remember). settle for Defaults and click end. pass the domicile.pst (report) on your workplace. out of your workplace Outlook, do in simple terms the Import, discover the domicile.pst report, settle for the defaults. voila.. Finito!
