What is a good study device to remember the origins and insertions of muscles?

I found that the best way to remember muscle groups and their origin, insertion and action was simply to draw the muscles on human figures over and over.
Comic books can actually be fairly useful for this purpose. Since most of the figures in comic books are essentially nude muscle figures with bright colours on them, tracing or copying these and marking the muscles groups can help a lot. Bodybuilder magazines are another good source, but I found it a lot less embarassing to buy comic books than some of those bodybuilder magazines.
There are so many muscle groups that are no easy mnemonics to simply memorize them all, you kind of need to be able to visualize the muscle in your head, and where it fits on the skeleton.

I have Love now, desire Always..♥ And betrayal? In the worst of ways..... It is funny how we make it through c*** that happens to us, when in the moment feels like we have lost all oxygen and even our heart feels ripped from your chest! Today, I look back on that betrayal and ask myself "What was I thinking to allow it to consume me for almost two years..." Who cares really when I can say it hurts no more!

There are some good flash cards.
