Guy behavior (asking guys and girls!)?
I'm friends with this guy at work, and lately he's been flirting with me more and more, which is cool. He'll be super flirty, then nothing...Doesn't even say goodbye when he leaves when his shift is over. What's the deal?

He is not serious about you, he just likes to flirt as it builds his ego when you flirt back. Don't take his flirting real serious until you see a change in him. When he starts wanting to be serious with you, you will know you stole his heart. Right now, he is just having fun.

That's a common tale, actually...
A guy will be super-friendly with a girl he likes, but then act like nothing happened for a while.
It's called "retreat mode"; simply put, he wants to let you know that he likes you, but, after he makes a move, he retreats to observe your reaction and make sure he didn't do something wrong. If you react negatively, he'll kick himself and you may never see him again, unless he's bold or desperate(or both ;P) If you react positively, he'll relax and come back, make a bigger move, then retreat again. It's kinda like a strategy game; he won't proceed until he's sure it's safe.
Just give your guy some time; if you send him positive signals, he'll screw up the courage to keep going until...who knows? A date with his dream girl, maybe? ^_^

It relies upon on the guy. i understand that i'd by no potential have the coronary heart to ask a guy out. i'm completely superb with a guy asking me out, yet i understand i could by no potential do it any opposite direction around. in case you have the coronary heart, then choose for it. If no longer, in basic terms enable it play out. stable success!

He might feel you are not responding to the flirting, so he gets mad, and not talk to you, then he gets over it and starts again, either respond to the flirting or ask him straight what is going on

3 options: 1. he got a g/f 2. he doesnt want to be too obvious that he likes you 3. he hasnt been in good moods lately. go talk to him if u like him, thats what my g/f did when we first met and were engaged now ;)
