Run the msconfig utility. Go to Start, then Run and type in: msconfig
Go to the startup tab
You will see a list of all the programs that are loaded when your computer starts up. Uncheck any that you do not have to have. (Usually you can uncheck them all). If you decide you to need one, you can go back and recheck it.

Step 1 Click on Start
Step 2 Click on Control panel
Step 3 Click on Add Remove programs
Look at list ie Aol and click on AOL and the click on remove
be carefull on what you remove though

If u r making use of Vista then in basic terms persist with those steps: carry the domicile windows button and 'R' . interior the RUN command form 'MSCONFIG'. Then u'll have many tabs in that. click the tab that shows 'Startup centers' and eliminate each and all the undesirable softwares / purposes. Then restart the gadget and examine. Now u wont be having that subject....

just go to 'Start' then press on 'Run' and type 'msconfig' then go to 'Start up' and there u can remove all of the programs that u do not use. BE CAREFULL because if u dont' know what some programs are, and u remove them, your windows might crash.
but all of the pop ups will not start anymore, if u remove them from there.
Good luck.
