Most likely - Yes. Most states have a buyers remorse clause. They usually give 3 days to back out of most consumer contracts. The laws are specific, when living in N.H. I had to send a certified letter to the corporate head quarters. The trick is the dealer and salesman are not likely to help you. I would not recommend asking they. They are going to stonewall you beyond the time needed or try to work you into another contract. You need to find out the law and act right away.Contact the "Consumer Affairs Division" (or similar dept.) of your state's Attorney General's Office. Get your information before asking for the dealer's help. Why not post another question tonight to see if someone knows your state's law for "buyer's remorse". The website below explains a little. The clock is ticking! Get to work, you have limited time.

The car doesn't have to be returned, but get hold of the dealer's finance office asp and have the 72 month contract voided and rewritten for a 60 month contract or pay extra every month and pay off early as you reach the 60 month due date and the finance company pays the difference back to you.

If you feel you've made a financial mistake in purchasing a new car then FIRST thing in the morning insist on canceling the contract and don't take no for an answer!!! They have a way of talking us into just about ANYTHING!!! But HURRY before it's too late!!! Good Luck!

Some states have a three day period where you can return it. Contact the dealer. They are ultimately going to be the ones to take it back.

1 more thing if you take the car back you will have to pay so much for every mile you put on the car.

you can probably have them adjust the contract. if you brought the car back you would lose money on the trade in, then have to get another car.

i own a repair shop, and on any deal you have 3 days to change your mind to get things changed on the contract,so the quicker you get to work on this probably the faster you can get it changed, they,ll probably just re-adjust your contract with them to suit your needs, but i wouldn't wait to long ,you might get locked in to this deal, good luck,i been through it before, and you can get it straitened out,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
