It's almost impossible to end a relationship without (I'm assuming that's what you meant - without) someone getting their feelings hurt, especially when only one person agrees that the relationship needs to end. If he's still "in it" then he's going to get hurt... that is an inevitability. Now, to what degree he gets hurt is something you can control. You should be honest and up front with him. Let him know how you are feeling - prefferably without mentioning this other guy that you are into - and do it sooner rather than later. Choose your words wisely if you really care about the way he feels.

I'm going to have to agree with NONAME on this one.....If he's such a nice boyfriend but things are getting boring, why don't you try to make it exciting? It's probably just as much your fault as it is his. Talk to him and tell him you're getting bored and that you guys need to do more exciting things.
