Sometimes these situations are difficult. you don't want to hurt their feelings or are afraid that you can't still be friends. If you both are really good friends to begin with, plus the extra and have no problem discussing feelings, you need to be honest. By not saying anything, he willl eventually pick up on the vibes and might be more hurt that you just couldn't be up front.

Tell him the truth. That you just aren't feeling it any longer. People appreciate the honest way. It allows closure and then they can move on. Think of it this way... If the shoe were on the other foot and he just ignored you, you'd be hurt & frustrated.

he is probably going to get hurt feelings either way. noone likes to be rejected but just tell him the truth he is a nice guy ..... and the reason why you would not like to date him anymore. Just becareful you may regret your actions after they play out. A nice guy sounds like a keeper!

I assume you mean WITHOUT huring his feelings. Just tell him the truth. You don't think the relationship is going to work and you'd like to move on.

be nice, and don't txt or call him, that hurts the most, just meet up in a not-too-public area and be very curtious

He will be better off with someone that appreciates him. Just tell him.

be honest...before dumping him suggests ideas and ways to perk things up a little...if that doesn't work then say to him.."it's not working"
