A followup to the burning bush question. How would you know the voice of god?

You would probably get a feeling of who it is. You would feel a special presence around you. And maybe like the burning bush something significant will be there right before your eyes. The burning bush was not light by fire but more of a glowing bush the way they describe it in the Bible. And hey, you never know he might sound life James Earl Jones just for you to notice him. You can only hope for that.

If U like to Hear the voice of the GOD first hear the voice of the natur and understood the voice of nature then U will easily hear the voice of GOD.

Like That first U hear the sound of Nature then U can hear the sound of GOD. Because voice of Nature is GOD.

What U speak is GOD only makes U to Speak so What U speak Itself is GOD speaks.

Well, to be fair, the burning bush was not consumed by fire. Which alone, would only point to God, with or without a voice. But, there was a voice, so God or a messenger of God would be the voice heard. Right? right...:)

I would not listen to the voice of a god. The Voice of God, however, is very gentle. He only wants those actually listening to hear Him. Not only do you hear it like any other sound, but you can feel it in the depths of your soul. Hearing the Voice of God is one of those moments when the best way to describe it is to say: "Oh, you'll know it's Him."

Once again it's all about faith. If you don't have faith and aren't in the Word of God and striving to follow Him you aren't going to hear His voice. And He can sound like whatever He wants however from what other people have told me and from my own personal experience, He speaks in a small voice or whisper. Something that you have to be listening for to hear.

If you are His you will know the voice. But don't go around looking for God in burning bushes. And honestly, don't listen for an audible voice. You will hear Him in your heart, not your ear.

He would sound different to me than He would to you.

Consider the different languages and dialects required to relate to the various world peoples. If you heard Him, though, there would be no doubt in your mind and you would never be the same again. I hope and pray you do someday.

The voice of God is very audible. You have to be listening for Him.. He speaks MANY times to me--He is wanting to use you, too.

It speaks to you in the same voice you use when you think quietly to your self in your mind.

The way you can tell it's God is if what it says is loving to everyone involved.

I would think that if God Himself spoke to you that you would have absolutely no problem figuring out who was doing the speaking.
