For women and men, whats your idea of the perfect first date?

Casual restaurant, meandering conversation (preferably political), some light flirting throughout all of it, splitting the check afterward.

The perfect first date is dinner and a show (no movies). Or dinner and some event that is going on.

dinner is a good way to have lots of time to talk. On a first date you should be trying to get to know each other with no commitments.

If you dont like what the other has to say or how the other one acts or if your personalities dont match, dont go out again.

Dont ever get intimate with someone who does not match you or you feel wierd about. That gut instinct is your souls way of telling you it is wrong.

What does it hurt? You never know if this person is a stalker (women stalk too), or mentally flawed.

Have several dates that are innocent and give you lots of time to get to know this person. Talking is good.

A perfect first date is one where whatever you do, it tends to last longer than planned. I had one last until dawn, and we are still together. I'm not talking about jumping into bed. Just talking and getting to know each other!
