Why do Democrats want to let more ILLEGALS into the country?
They all seem to be for giving the illegals that are here amnesty, which will cause millions more to cross over into our country to try to take advantage of the amnesty, and to "prove" (using faked documents) that they have been here working for the last five years.
The Senate voted to give those here illegally amnesty, and the House almost did too. .
if it weren't for the Republican leadership of the House, we would have amnesty now (and millions more illegals pouring over the border in the next few months to take advantage of the amnesty).
only the House Republican leadership blocked the amnesty, and they also forced the passing of the fence bill that finally got passed and signed by the president.
So, if you want MORE illegals here, then vote Democrat on Tuesday, because if they win and take control of Congress (the Democrats), the FIRST thing they will do is to repeal the fence law that was just passed and signed.
I guess they want these illegals to vote.
There was a Democrat running in San Diego, a few months back, and she was at a rally full of illegal aliens. One of them said they would love to voter for her, but they don't have papers. She said, "O, you don't need papers"
That got out to the news media, and her opponent capitalized on it and won the election.
Once the people (the actual VOTERS) found out where she stood on that crucial issue, they decided she didn't deserve her vote. (the guy who won is Republican Brian Bilbray)
Apparently too many of you don't know what you are talking about. The ACLU is a central player in the Democratic party.
It is the ACLU which is filing suit against the city of Escondido for passing a law outlawing renting to or hiring ILLEGAL aliens. Why does the ACLU want renting to illegals to be legal in Escondido (CA)?
They also filed suit against the town in PA that outlawed them as well. And the ACLU is very much a central part of the Democratic party.
By the way, to the person who said they had been building that fence during the Clinton years, I guess you didn't know they just passed a bill to build a new fence (because so much of the border is not fenced) and it passed and was just signed by Bush last week.
don't get me wrong, I KNOW Bush is not against illegal immigration. . he's a Democrat on this issue.
And to the person that said immigration is not an issue in this election, you don't know anything, you seem to be an absolute idiot if you think that.
look around you!! Do you see dozens of illegals standing around all day and all night on the street corners in your town? If not, let me know where you live and I'll move there, cause they are certainly all over in our town (in Southern California), and they REFUSE to learn English and they REFUSE to assimilate and become Americans. They don't want to be Americans they want this to be Mexico, and it's starting to become Mexico. Stop it while there is still time. Vote Republican.
Having illegal aliens hanging around on street corners and walking through everyone's neighborhoods and committing crimes is just a disaster waiting to happen. They are responsible for a lot of the child kidnappings and rapes and murders of little girls in our country in the past few years, and they are also very involved in gangs, violent gangs, and they need to be stopped from coming into our country. Let them kill and rape in their own country. Vote Republican.
No, I didn't say that it was all Democrats that voted for Amnesty. . but pretty much all Dems did. Some Repubs did also (like John McCain (who has learned his lesson and realized voters don't want open borders). The Republicans have learned (by the outrage of the people), but the Democrats refuse to learn, so if they win control of Congress, say goodbye to our country. It will be history.
to the person that said Immigration (illegal immigration is what I'm talking about) is not an issue. . . I'd like to hear you say that two years from now when you can't find a job because illegals took your job cuase they'd work for less than half what you will. How can they do that? Cause they live 45 to a house, so they pay almost no rent, and the ACLU has sued (successfully) to stop the cities that have passed laws against renting to illegals (like Escondido, CA and that town in PA).
The ACLU and the Democratic party HATE America and will do everything they can to destroy it, and they have already done it now that they have essentially taken control of Congress. They will pass amnesty right away, and many millions more illegals will be over the border in no time to take advantage of the amnesty and "prove" ( using faked documents ) that they have been living and working here for 5 years.

The Democrats will be the straw that broke the camels back. They seemly don't care about our country at all. It's all about keeping their jobs. High paying jobs at the expense of the rest of us. They don't care how they keep these jobs. They've brainwashed most of the people who vote for them into believing they really care. It's tragic. The terrorists wont destroy the United States. They don't have to. The people of this country are doing a fine job all on their own. Enjoy what you have. For someday it will be gone.

I must be missing something... are you saying the Democrats control the Senate which then voted for amnesty?
As a lover of the fence <the bamboo curtain>, I presume you are aware that the only countries that tried fencing or coralling people were Russia, Germany, Korea, China. None of them worked because it did not address the cause, it only tried to control the effect. Now the United States has joined this illustrious group, would the US be the exception and make this fence work?
There is a better way out there... if you stop ranting and start thinking, who knows.. you just might find it, and be our hero. Imagine that!

They have been building that 'FENCE' for over 10 years. If I recall it was during Clinton's presidency. Get the facts buddy.
The Democrats had control of the house and senate for years. Illegals were coming over in droves then, now and always will be. It is NOT a democrat or republican issue. It is all about us closing our borders to EVERYONE.
oh by the way, the Democrats want the illegals coming over because they look at low income, ignorant people as potential democrat voters....because they attract those kind of people.

If the main suitable you should furnish is somebody like Hillary Clinton, i will thankfully savour yet another 4 (or 8) years of Republican management. Polls would instruct that the country trusts Democrats on national safety, yet historic previous shows that they have got taken us to extra wars and price us extra U.S. lives than the Republicans. (Vietnam - Kennedy/Johnson, Korea - Truman, WWII - FDR, WWI - Wilson...). the only different significant conflict all started for the period of a Republican presidency became the Civil conflict, and that grew to become out tremendously sturdy for our usa. Given time, the Iraq conflict will instruct to have the comparable beneficial impact on our usa, and extra importantly, the international as an entire...

Your statements are propaganda and not truth. If your listening to crappy political ads, you'd best get your own opinion. Immigration is an important issue, and the republicans are waiting until AFTER the election while slamming others all the way. They are just as guilty, if not more so because thay have had control for six years. Get a grip on politics and look at what candidates really stand for and not what the propaganda tells you.

The more illiterate voters the dummycrats can dig up the better they will be. People who are aware of life in today's world know the dummycrats will only take, take, take and pretend to do something. It is common knowledge that dummycrats love entitlement programs because the give the lazy people more time to multiply and crate more illiterate voters.

Where did you get your information from? Last I heard, Bush is pushing for giving them work visas, not the Dem's. As to the House and Senate, both have been run by the rep's since 1994.

Mainly because illegals are prime targets for votes. Most are less educated which leaves them open for government programs (welfare and other entitlements) which always make Democrats look good. Since Democrats favor big government and high taxes to support the entitlement programs, they keep the illegals "captive", so they are consistently getting their votes.
