How do I transfer an email message to Answers so I can post it to share?

I received a beautiful Military Prayer with pictures of our soldiers in Iraq. Since Veteran's Day is in a few days, this would be a great way to honor our military.

Thank you for any help you can give and it will greatly be appreciated.

Update:

I tried the copy and paste, but when I pasted the pictures didn't copy. The pictures have captions under them.

How can I transfer both words and pictures?

    You can copy and paste the email into Answers.

    open 2 windows, 1-your e-mail, 2-yahoo answers, just copy and paste it in.
