Persusave Speach Topic?
I have to do a persusasive essay for my communications class, and I am having a hard time coming up with topic ideas... Any suggestions would be helpful.
I am kind of aiming at doing a speach on an international issue, such as AIDS, travel safety, the war in Iraq, or the oil crisis...
Thanks.

Persuasive speech topics are those that promise greater health, deeper more real love, joy, power, wealth and truly satisfying relationships with friends, neighbors and even co-workers. The point is that regardless of the topic you want to make certain that the listener hears a benefit to themselves.
You'll probably want to stay away from specific scientific, political or medical topics for a persuasive speech. Choose a topic that hints at or openly promises joy, love and prosperity in any form. Financial prosperity and self-development (self-help) are continually ranked as the two top areas of interest for a persuasive speech.
Remember, your goal is to persuade listeners in the audience to change their attitudes about something.

How about a topic on persuading people to use spell check when posting on the net? It is one of the simplest things to do and yet people won't use it. If the answer to mis-spelling is as simple as that and yet it isn't done then how can we solve the tougher problems?? Good luck on your speach (speech).
Sorry...there has to be one smart-a$$ answer on each question so I thought I would take the spot.

attempt advocacy its once you %. some type of difficulty or regulation that you imagine needs to get replaced or an difficulty or regulation that you imagine might want to exist the speech can might want to be advocating your decision it really is going to be able to very last 5 minutes, i'm quite particular, searching on how a lot guidance you've were given operating example, i imagine you may want to write as a lot as 5 minutes on prop 8 both part you opt for, for or adverse to, its accessible to make it 5 minutes because you'd be desiring good arguments and stuff have interesting[:

Do't try to pick something too complex. Pick something you know lots about. Since the speech is usually graded by the skill you use in delivering and not the actual contact.
Easy things - like why you should vote, why college is important, birth control use - internationally (not easy), Why breakfast is important, etc. Good luck!
