Without A Trace 11/05/06?
I fell asleep after they found out that the girl (I think her name was Katie) had reported being sexually harrased to her boss. When I woke up, they found her in a bath tub. What did I miss? I know, I missed a lot in those few minutes but tell me what happened.

The guy who sexually harassed her was fired. He went to her house asking her to talk to the boss and get him reinstated. He told her that the boss had the hots for her. Turns out the boss was going to ask the lady who was killed to marry him, they had been dating for a while. (I can't remember the names either). Then Katie(?) was waiting outside of the bosses house for him to get home and while they were talking she remembered seeing the boss and the other lady kissing in the parking lot. Katie apparently killed the lady out of jealousy. Then she ended up going home and committing suicide.
