I got the dog 3 days ago and I took him to have his 1st set of shots yesterday. The vet said that he had a hernia and he needs to have surgery but besides that he was healthy. I really like the dog now but I don't know if I should take him back to the guy that I got him from or just pay for the surgery. Any shih tzu owner ever had this problem and is the hernia something that can come back after the procedure? Please help.

I need some advice on these kind of dogs. Do they have to have a certain kind of diet? Do they need a lot of room to run around? Any information would help. I am not very fond of big dogs so that is why I would prefer a breed like the yorkie. Also, I am getting the puppy at a pretty inexpensive price ($400), should I be alarmed? I know that these type of dogs can be very expensive.

What should and shouldn't I eat and what are the best exercises to do. I know it's not healthy but I know it's not impossible either. I am serious, so please, only serious comments.

This is one of my favorite shows and I would love to own the entire series. I especially like it when James Spader joins the cast. He is hilarious!

I have some very old albums and cassette tapes (especially gospel) that I would like to have on a cd. I have tried to see if the music was already available on cd but it wasn't. I've checked Ares, Limewire, Lycos Rhapsody to see if the songs were available but to no avail. Is there a way to get these on to a cd or am I just s.o.l?
