    you know how you use a thunderstone to evolve a pikachu into a raichu?

    lunar ribbon - evolves eevee into umbreon

    location: northwind field 20F

    sun ribbon - evolves eevee into espeon.

    location: wyvern hill 20F

    i'm pretty sure you need a key for the lunar ribbon, but i'm certain that you need one for the sun ribbon
