Last night my husand and I had sex and he said that i have a small paper cut type tear closer to the bottom of the vaginal opening..When I had my daughter 20 months ago i did not have a episiotomity I tore naturally and had 15 stitches...my question is has any other women had this problem and had to have corrective surgery for it?

Hi I had an episiotomy with both my children. I had pinching pain after my first, which sounds different then you. But it was annoying. After my 2nd child the midwife delivering him noticed I had an abnormal hymen (it was extra thick I guess) that was still there and asked me if it caused me discomfort during sex. Anyways she removed it right there and it's been perfect since. Isn't that strange though having two children and still having left over hymen. Ok, but for you it sounds as though the stitches towards the end are stitched tight or pulled. I would definitely tell your OBGYN about it have him/or her examine it. I could be as simple as a minor repair. You don't want to continue having discomfort it definitely isn't fun for you. In the mean time take bath with no soap in a clean tub and that will heal that area quick for you. Good luck!! =)

Sounds to me like when they stitched you, they perhaps went a little too tightly. And the angle from being in a missionary position aggravates it. You can try a little bit of mineral oil to help stretch the skin. Or when you have sex this way, just use plenty of water based lubricant. If it becomes an ongoing problem- check with your obstetrician, they may be able to do repairing surgery to just make your vaginal opening a tiny bit bigger.

You did no longer point out how previous you have been, or regardless of in case you have had infants. now and back, extraordinarily while a woman has had infants, the partitions of their vagina grow to be scarred and could worsen her better half's penis. bypass on your GYN to make certain if that's what's occurring. The inflammation to his penis could be because of the pH ranges of your vagina, additionally. it relatively is often somewhat acidic, to kill any micro organism, viruses and fungi that could get in there. (antibiotics variations the pH, that could reason you problems with Yeast Infections). those acids must be be irritating his wound. He could ought to apply a condom for quite a on an analogous time as, so his penis will completely heal. should not be a situation.
