Maybe Bush and Cheney will step down too. No, there's a honeymoon period where both Bush and the Dems claim they're going to work together. That should last about 30 - 45 days, then we'll see what happens.

No, but staff always start to leave at this point and Rumsfeld leaving just avoids a lot of bad press and congress giving the administration a hard time over his actions.
