For example, If I buy L-Glutathione and I buy NAC, can I take the two pills together to make up the ingredients in taking a pill that would have it together. I'm having a hard time finding L-Glutathione and NAC together in one pill. But I found a 500mg L-Gluta and 600mg NAC separately.

I received an automatic upgrade from Microsoft on Friday afternoon as I was leaving the office and was told not to turn my PC off that it will shut down on its own.

Upon returning on Monday, when I turned on my PC, it took a while to load. After I had logged on, it looked like it went back to factory settings as if nothing had been done to my PC ever. There are no files sitting on my desktop, no MSN, no other shortcuts that had been sitting on my desktop. All my files are no longer in My Documents. But I have since located where they are now in the PC and was able to recover them. All the software that was installed on my PC was still there with the exception of 3 items...MSN, Booksmart, and Limewire, which I could really care less about. The more devastating one is when I opened my Outlook. It had asked me to set it up as if it were a new install. All my contacts and emails are gone. All my folders are gone. I tried looking for the *.pst file in the C:/ drive but could not locate it to reinstate it.

Can someone please help me find other ways to recover my email and contacts.

I developed a simple game in Flash (hand/eye coordination for disabled kids) that can be played on a touch screen, however I am experiencing one problem. Everything works...the use can touch the object and drop it just like you would if you were using a mouse to click on it to select it. However, I had programed an area where the object cant pass. If the object the have picked up passed the area...I want it to go to a different frame to play something else. I made that are a button and have this code:

play();

}

however, it doesnt work. But when I use a mouse to pick up the object and pass it through that area...it goes to the frame I want it to. But when I am using my finger on touch screen...it doesnt go....

what can I do? help anyone? thanks

Can anyone recommend a stand-alone flash palyer? What I need it for is the flash player to stay in the same directory as my falsh files so that the user will not need to have a flash player installed in their PC. Any suggestions.

I created a portfolio on a CD and I wanted to know how to create an autorun on a CDR. This is what I wrote originally but it doesnt seem to work:

when I burn the CD with this autorun.inf file my PC opens IE but doesn't shwo the page. The address on IE is: http://index.html/

when i look in My Computer, the D:/ drive shows a broken icon. I want the icon I created to show on the drive icon when the CD in the CD-Rom drive.

My page works on IE wihtout a hitch..but my friend who uses Firefox said she can't open the page. This is what is happening: when you open the page, the flash loads, but when you click on a link that opens a fullscreen page , the page doesnt open. The link is from a Flash button that calls a javascript outside of Flash that creates a full pop-up page to show the Flash-movie. I dont know what else to look for in Firefox to allow it. I've unchecked the pop-up filter to allow pop-ups and that still didnt do that. Any dieas?

I had just bought a new PC with the Windows XP...and it came with the new IE. On my old PC, I cna run Javascripts without a problem. I've downloaded Sun Java stuff like I did with my old PC hoping that was the problem. I also turned off the firewall and the pop-up blockers and still no luck. I have a presentation that runs on a full screen that is initaited by a simple fullscreen javascript code. Now my presentation wont open. help anyone?!

I live in a 1500sq ft. condo. My girlfriend and I agreed on a medium sized to a large size dog but couldn't decide on a breed. I love Huskies or Malamutes. We learned today that Malamutes can get really big and heavy. She wants a Golden Retriever which is also okay with me. But our question is...would those types of dogs be okay in the size of place we live in? We are looking for a dog that can be home alone during the day while we are at work, but will get plenty of love and activities when we get home. Suggestions?

I am looking to purchase a video editing software that will address what I need it to do. I want to make an instrucitonal DVD which will have actual film clips, and then some power point or animation stuff that I can have a guy voice over. Can you suggest a good product for PC use?

My neice is 3 yrs old and she said she wants to go ice skating like she sees on TV. We took her last weekend to watch us skate around the rink and see if she will have the same interests without the glamour of what she's seen on TV, and she said she still wants to skate.
